Our factory is located in Untereschbach near Overath between Cologne and Bonn, 15 minutes from Cologne-Bonn airport and 20 minutes from the centre of Cologne by motorway A3.
 
Employees and capacity
Lindenberg-Anlagen employs a total of approximately 100 members of staff. Our production capacity enables us to manufacture compact aggregates with a total weight of up to nearly 150 tons. We are also able to manufacture large-lot production aggregates at rates of up to 100 units per month.
 
 

  

Scope of delivery
In addition to a wide range of aggregates, we supply medium and low-voltage switchgears and control and distribution boxes for industrial and marine applications. We are prepared to perform the complete engineering, production, erection, and initial start-up activities, both in Germany and abroad.
 
 
 
Order processing and production
The Lindenberg-Anlagen engineering division utilises the newest versions of CAD systems. Backed up by exclusive proprietary software intended for the design of any types of aggregates including turn-key power stations, we supply a full range of electrical and mechanical components and perform all services relating to installation construction from one source. The fact that we offer complete one-source packages developed in decades is of great advantages for our customers.
Our increase in production and material logistics ensure a smooth order processing on schedule, no matter if it is a complete aggregate plant, a spare part, or a service activity to be dealt with.

    


Production is divided into the following sections:
2000 m² serial aggregate manufacturing

1000 m² sheet metal workshop
1000 m² welding shop / piping construction / apparatus construction
1000 m² sand blasting
1000 m² paint spraying shop
1300 m² switchgear construction

This corresponds to a total production area of approximately 11,500 m²
 
Our reception area 

Test benches in an area totalling 2,000 m²
All power generation aggregates produced by our company are subject to a comprehensive functional test programme.
 
We dispose of the following test equipment:
 
The test benches 1 and 2 are natural gas aggregate test rigs having a capacity of 2 MW each. The aggregates can be tested at a simulated ambient air temperature with 50/60 Hz low voltage and medium-high voltage of up to 11 kV. The test benches are equipped with a heat exchanging module and, in the course of the test runs, allow for the demonstration of the heat off-take system to be made available by the customer.
 
The test benches 3 to 6 are diesel aggregate test rigs having a capacity of 2 MW each. The aggregates can be tested at a simulated ambient air temperature with 50/60 Hz low voltage and medium-high voltage of up to 11 kV. The test benches are equipped with a cooling module, and, in the course of the test runs, allow for the demonstration of the heat off-take system to be made available by the customer or are used to dissipate the engine heat by means of a heat exchanger.
 
The test benches 7 and 8 are a combination of gas and diesel aggregate test rigs with a capacity of up to 4 MW each. The aggregates can be tested at a simulated ambient air temperature with 50/60 Hz low voltage and medium-high voltage of up to 11 kV. The test benches are equipped with a heat exchanging module and, in the course of the test runs, allow for the demonstration of the heat off-take system to be made available by the customer or are used to dissipate the engine heat by means of a heat exchanger.
In particular, these two test benches are sufficiently dimensioned to allow for the testing of the aggregates including their complete accessories like e.g. the radiator cooler.
 
In addition, a separate water brake for engine overhauling or our marine-type main drive engines are available.
 
The particular highlight is the fact that all test benches are provided with a water connection in order to allow for the testing of pump drives with a water volume flow rate of 500 m³/h at 100 bar.
 
All test benches are equipped with video monitors and are designed for unmanned operation. They are all monitored and controlled by our central switch room. All data are electronically collected and logged by means of state-of-the-art measuring technologies.

Spare parts, service and customer support
The Lindenberg-Anlagen customer service division enables us to provide full installation supervision, even after commissioning, via maintenance contracts and regular inspection visits. Spare parts supply in the shortest possible time all over the world is ensured through our particularly trained staff.
We advise and attend our customers by using our own staff active on a world-wide basis.
